WHEN YOUR DRAINS START BACKING UP

  • call our office at 204-570-2255 to get a technician over as soon as possible

  • minimize water usage (showers, baths, dishwashers, washing machines and water softeners)

  • locate the clean-outs that the technician can use to clear the blocked drains

  • clear the area of all items so the technician has space to work with the rooter machine and cables

INDOOR DRAIN CLEANING

You can reduce the risk of your interior pipes becoming plugged by trying to keep food, grease, toys etc from going down sink, tub and toilet drains. Chemical drain cleaning products are potentially harmful to our technicians as well as the environment, so we don't recommend their use. It is best to have a technician clear your drains when they start to slow down so a complete blockage does not occur.

SEWER MAINTENANCE

Tree roots are the most common cause of sewer issues we see. If you have large trees in your yard, there are likely roots growing in your house drainage line. We recommend having your drains cleaned on a regular basis to prevent backups that could potentially cause damage to your home and its contents.

camera inspections

Inspecting your drains with our sewer camera is the best way to ensure the pipes and connections are in good condition.  The camera enables us to find out why drainage issues are occurring and to better estimate a schedule for preventative maintenance.

Back Flow

preventErs

Sometimes the main sewer on a street may back up.  We have seen where a back flow valve can stop the flow of sewage back into a customer's home.

If you have a valve, it is important to have it cleaned regularly.
